The new LUTS and LUTX ranges build on proven SICK luminescence sensing technology, now enhanced with improved optics, faster performance and a more user-friendly design. Both ranges feature a robust Vistal housing that combines durability with reduced weight, while advanced optics provide greater area coverage and stronger signal stability compared to previous generations.
Designed for modern production environments, LUTS and LUTX offer an integrated display that shows luminescence intensity values from 0–999, giving operators instant process feedback and simplifying setup. IO-Link comes as standard, enabling seamless integration into automated systems, faster parameter changes and future-ready connectivity.
With configurable switching frequencies up to 16 kHz, the sensors are ideal for high-speed manufacturing processes where reliable detection is critical. Users can also scale digital output values between 0.5 and 4, improving sensitivity for low-luminescence applications and allowing the sensor to be tailored to specific process demands.
