Utilising 3D animations and videos, it was only a matter of time before we would see the concept of virtual experience entering the industrial landscape, allowing safety and engineering managers to explore diverse options for their particular applications. What we now have today is Omron’s new virtual safety experience, which provides a 360-degree view of safety solutions for factory floors in automotive and intralogistics applications, allowing you to see how to implement them in real life.
Reflecting the concept of the factory of the future, it lets visitors dive deep into selected safety application areas. It also provides safety guides and detailed information on various safety solutions. For example, emergency stops, laser scanners, door switches, safety light curtains, and grip switches and controllers.
