In a bid to wrap up 2023 on a high note and bring joy to our customers, we launched our BPXmas Scratch Card campaign on December 1st. This festive initiative not only promised to spread holiday cheer, but also give something back to our customers.
The campaign saw customers receive a scratch card with each order they placed with us throughout the festive period (extending to mid-January for redemption) where each scratch card included a redeemable code that, when entered on our BPXmas webpage, had a better than 6-1 chance of matching up with a prize-winning code.
We were kindly donated a wide selection of prizes, ranging from SMART printers, Energy Meters, Multimeters, Training Days and much, much more! For those who didn’t win a prize, there was still a chance of winning as a ‘lucky loser’, whereby losing codes were entered into a random draw to win a brand new, sealed and in the box, Apple iPhone 15.
The response from customers more than met our expectations, with over 300 lucky winners emerging from the campaign. To gauge the success of our campaign, we asked each redeemer for a score of 1-5, based on their experience with the campaign, which an overwhelming 81.6% awarded the campaign a perfect 5/5, hinting both towards a successful campaign and customer delight.
Credit where credit is due, this campaign wouldn’t have been an option without the generous contribution of our supporting manufacturers who donated the prizes. As such, all of us at BPX extend our sincere thanks to Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, Omron, Advantech, Baumer, Brainboxes, Cembre, Euchner, Harting, Lapp, Phoenix Contact, Rittal, SMC, Wago, and Weidmuller.

As the curtains closed on 2023, BPX can look back at the BPXmas Scratch Card campaign with pride with it not only bringing smiles to the faces of customers, but also illustrated BPX’s dedication to giving back to the industrial automation community. BPXmas has been an ongoing highlight of the BPX calendar and we are already planning for 2024…
